The 2011-12 Friendswood boys basketball team kicks off their 24-4A campaign tonight at Fort Bend Ridge Point. The Panthers are competing in their first year of varsity competition after opening the doors to the new Fort Bend school last year.
Ridge Point is coming off a 51-42 victory over Beaumont Westbrook in the YMBL Classic in Beaumont over the weekend.
